By downloading, accessing or using BLKH01E, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
License
Subject to these terms, you are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use BLKH01E for your own lawful purposes.
Acceptable use
- Use BLKH01E only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable laws.
- Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer for malicious purposes, or compromise the security or integrity of the service or other users.
- You are responsible for the data you store and share, and for maintaining your credentials.
Your credentials & data
BLKH01E is designed around a local-first architecture and does not store your master password or vault keys on our servers. This means that if you lose your credentials and any recovery material you have set up, we may be unable to recover your data. You are responsible for keeping your credentials and backups safe.
Subscriptions & billing
Paid features are offered through subscriptions billed by Apple via your App Store account. Subscriptions renew automatically for the same price until cancelled, and can be managed or cancelled in your Apple account settings, in line with the App Store terms.
Disclaimers
BLKH01E is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While it is designed to make unauthorized access technically difficult, no software can guarantee protection against every possible threat, and no cryptographic system can protect data exposed on a compromised device while it is actively in use. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties not expressly stated here.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BLKH01E and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
